Sound proof partition wall material is designed to address the most basic needs of schools, churches, hotel, coffee room, inspection hall, exhibition center, station, art hall, auction center, stadium, KTV partitions, art museum, testing center, convention center, airport, conference center, library, training facilities and office environments.

With the unique multi-layer panel system, our sound proof partition wall has excellent acoustic performance with a STC up to 50dB.

Double PVC seals are mounted around the sound proof partition walls to provide the highest level of acoustic integrity. More importantly, this fit can also achieve the desired acoustic integrity between two nearby rooms.

The acoustic structure includes multi-layer board at the top and bottom of the sound proof partitions and the glass wool inside. The acoustic performance is up to 40 STC, and the fabric wrapped acoustic panel and perforated MDF panel can be used to reduce echo. The vinyl at all edges help to prolong life time and seal the noise.

These sound proof partition walls will be provided in an end-folded configuration to meet a variety of parking requirements and the first panel can be provided as a standard access door.

The movable sound proof partition has aluminum edge profile, and panels are available for a variety of surface treatments including painted, polished veneer or various standard or high pressure laminate. Fire rated finish panel is also available.

Technical Specification

Panel Configuration – The sound proof partitions panels are customized to meet specific requirements. Each sound proof partitions board thickness is 65 mm and max width is 1200 mm. Each sound proof partitions panel is welded with a welded aluminum frame and 9mm MDF is mounted on both sides of the outer surface. The internal structure is made of steel mechanism, which combines excellent performance at the top and bottom of the telescopic sound seal. Internal space is filled with less than 64 kg/m3 glass wool.

Overhead track system – specific aluminum alloy rails to meet the necessary stacking requirements. The intersection design should prevent the track wheel from falling into the track groove. Heavy-duty multi-way roller enables easy movement of the sliding partitions for rooms through the ceiling track.

The sound proof partition has a unique fast seal winding mechanism and a solid vertical seal edge profile to ensure that all panels fit perfectly.

Sound Seal System – Built-in excellent retractable top and bottom seals are anodized by extruded aluminum channels, rubber sealed, and operated by a handle with a cap lock system with spring-loaded telescopic rods. The vertical seal of each panel is made of thick and tongue-type extruded aluminum laminated with rubber seal.

Top and bottom seals do not collected to the ceiling track and floor during panel’s movement. When the sound seals are combined, the large room partitions panel is placed in a stable position, and the top and bottom seals are compressed on the rails and floors by tight acoustic seals, including adjustable telescopic panels.
